Quality air medical evacuation is integral to the survival of patients who require treatment beyond the capabilities of their current locations. Mondial Assistance holds network air ambulance providers to the highest standards in aviation and medical care. To become a contracted provider, all air ambulance providers:

• Undergo an extensive company review and onsite inspection
• Submit proof of medical malpractice and aircraft insurance
• Commit to rapid turn around times and high quality standards
• Supply their own medical equipment and highly-trained medical and aviation staff

Mondial Assistance does not own aircraft, nor do we mark up the charges of our providers. Therefore, we have no monetary incentive to conduct needless air evacuations and only airlift patients when necessary for their health and safety.
